What you're signing up for
When you give us your email address on the drop list you consent to marketing email from BSTKNIVES LLC about drops, restocks, live shows and membership openings. If you also give a mobile number, you consent to recurring automated marketing text messages at that number, including messages sent with an autodialer. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency and cost
Expect a handful of emails a month and no more than about eight texts a month, more only around a major drop or live show. Message and data rates may apply — your mobile plan, not us, sets those. We do not charge for the messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any text to end texts at that number; we send one confirmation and then nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or email justin@bstknives.com. Unsubscribe from email using the link at the bottom of any email. Order confirmations, shipping updates and support replies are transactional and continue while an order is open, even after you opt out of marketing.
Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and message availability depends on your carrier and device. If you change or give up your mobile number, tell us so the old number stops receiving messages.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you give us. Do not enter someone else's number.
Privacy
We do not sell or rent your phone number or email address. We share them only with the email and messaging providers that deliver our messages on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture, including how to request access to or deletion of your data.
