Who you're buying from
This site and all BST Knives sales channels are operated by BSTKNIVES LLC ("BST," "we," "us"). These terms apply to every order placed on this website, through our TikTok Shop or TikTok LIVE sales, through our Whatnot shows and auctions, through Instagram, and through any direct or invoiced sale. By placing an order, bidding in a live show, or claiming an item in a live stream, you enter a binding agreement with BSTKNIVES LLC on these terms.
Age verification — 18+ only
You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age for bladed goods where you live, if higher) to buy from BSTKNIVES LLC. We gate this site on entry, and every blade order requires an adult signature at delivery. You represent that you are of legal age, buying for yourself, and not purchasing on behalf of a minor or a prohibited person. We may request identification at any point. Orders that fail age or identity checks are cancelled and refunded in full, and we may permanently ban the account.
Where we can ship — blade laws
Knife and sword laws vary by country, state, county and city, including limits on blade length, locking and assisted mechanisms, automatics, balisongs, double-edged and fixed blades, and swords. You are solely responsible for knowing and following the laws where the package lands and where you carry or store the item. By ordering you certify the item is legal for you to purchase, receive, own and possess at your delivery address. We do not knowingly ship restricted blade types into jurisdictions that prohibit them and will cancel and refund rather than break the law. We do not ship blades internationally unless we confirm the route in writing first.
Handling, shipping and delivery risk
Orders ship within two business days unless a listing or live show states otherwise. Blades ship sharpened, oiled and sheathed where a sheath is included. Adult signature is required; we cannot authorize doorstep drops on blade orders. Title and risk of loss pass to you on carrier delivery. Carrier delays, weather, customs holds and seizures are outside our control. If a carrier or customs authority seizes a shipment because the item is restricted at your address, we are not responsible for the loss and no refund is owed.
Live sales, auctions and blind boxes
For TikTok LIVE, Whatnot and any other live show: a winning bid or an accepted claim is a binding purchase, and payment is due immediately through that platform's checkout. Non-payment, retracted bids and chargebacks on won lots may result in a ban across our channels. Auction wins, giveaway prizes, mystery items and blind-box purchases are final sale and non-returnable. Blind boxes are sold by advertised tier and guaranteed floor value only — specific models, patterns, makers or resale values are never promised, and no purchase outcome is guaranteed. Live descriptions are given in good faith in real time; the written listing, invoice or platform record controls. Sales made on TikTok or Whatnot are also governed by those platforms' own buyer-protection, payment and dispute policies, which we follow for orders placed there.
Product descriptions, photos and condition
Steel types, hardness, layer counts, origin and maker information come from our suppliers and smiths and are passed along in good faith. Damascus and hand-forged items are unique: pattern, etch contrast, handle grain, color and dimensions vary from photos, and hand-finished pieces carry minor tool marks. Colors vary by screen. Vintage, antique and used items are sold as-is with described flaws. Nothing on this site is an appraisal, authentication or investment advice, and we make no representation about resale or collector value.
Pricing, payment and taxes
Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We may correct pricing, description or availability errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Sales tax is applied where required. You are responsible for any import duties, VAT or brokerage fees on shipments we agree to send outside the United States. Payments are handled by our payment and platform processors; we do not store full card numbers.
Returns and cancellations
Unused blades in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price, less return shipping. Sharpened, carried, cooked-with, sanded, etched, engraved, modified or damaged items are not returnable. Limited releases, auction wins, blind-box and mystery items, custom or made-to-order pieces, gift cards, and sale items marked final are non-returnable. Request an RMA before shipping anything back; unauthorized returns may be refused. Returns must ship insured with adult signature and be legal to send from your location.
Warranty and disclaimer
Blades we sell as warrantied carry a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and heat treat, to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase, and are repaired or replaced at our option. The warranty excludes normal wear, edge dulling, chipping from misuse, patina, rust or corrosion from improper storage or dishwasher use, prying, throwing, batoning, impact damage, loss, theft, third-party sharpening or modification, and any use outside the item's intended purpose. Except for that express warranty, products are provided "as is" and BSTKNIVES LLC disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Safe and responsible use — assumption of risk
Knives and swords are sharp tools that can cause serious injury or death. You accept full responsibility for safe handling, sharpening, storage away from children and unauthorized users, transport, and lawful carry and use. Swords, replicas and display pieces are sold for collecting and display and are not sold as weapons, martial-arts trainers, or safety-tested sporting equipment. Any cutting, sparring, throwing or stunt use is entirely at your own risk. You agree not to use, resell or transfer anything bought from us for any unlawful purpose, and not to resell to minors or prohibited persons. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSTKNIVES LLC, its owners, members, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, personal injury, property damage, legal fines or confiscation arising from the purchase, possession, carry, handling, modification or use of any product, or from your failure to comply with applicable blade laws. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold BSTKNIVES LLC harmless from any claim, loss, penalty or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful or unsafe use of a product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Content, brand and UGC
The BST Knives name, logos, stamped marks, site copy, photography and video are the property of BSTKNIVES LLC and may not be copied, scraped or used commercially without written permission. If you tag us, send us photos or video, or post about your carry, you grant BSTKNIVES LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost and use that content in our marketing, on this site and across our social channels with credit to your handle where practical, and you confirm you own or have the rights to the content and any people shown consent. Email us to have your content removed and we will take it down going forward.
Email, SMS and privacy
Joining the crew means you consent to marketing email and, if you provide a mobile number, recurring automated marketing text messages from BSTKNIVES LLC about drops, restocks and live shows. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We collect order, contact and device information to fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and market to you, and we share it with processors, carriers and the sales platforms we use. We do not sell your personal information. Requests to access or delete your data can be sent to us at the contact address below.
Disputes, governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which BSTKNIVES LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving that location. Contact us first — most issues are solved in one message, and we ask that you reach out before filing a chargeback or platform dispute. We may update these terms at any time; the version posted when you order governs that order. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
