Our commitment
BSTKNIVES LLC wants every customer to be able to browse, read and buy here, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our working standard.
What we've done
Semantic headings and landmarks on every page, descriptive alt text on product and editorial photography, keyboard-reachable navigation, menus and dialogs with visible focus, form fields with real labels and error text, color combinations checked for contrast, and layouts that reflow on phones and at high zoom without losing content.
Known limitations
Some areas are still being improved: older guide images may have thinner alt text, embedded TikTok and Whatnot players are third-party and we cannot control their accessibility, and live-show content is not captioned by us. We fix what we find as we go and welcome reports.

Ongoing work
We review new pages against this standard before publishing, retest the store periodically with keyboard and screen-reader passes, and treat reported barriers as bugs with priority. This statement is reviewed at least once a year.
